• First Class in standards X, XII and in graduation

General Information-
1.    The selection shall be made through and entrance examination. The date of entrance examination be held on 27th December (Sunday), 2009. Details in this respect shall be sent to the candidates, who found eligible, through Admit Card.
2.    The result of the above examination will be available on the Institute’s web site within one week of the examination.
3.    The number of seats advertised may increase or decrease.
4.    Reservation will apply as per U.P. Government’s rules. Reservation will be admissible only to candidates having domicile in the state of U.P. Candidates having domicile other than U.P. will be treated as General Category candidates for all purposes.
5.    Each selected candidate will have to Rs. 5000/- as Annual fees for the course and Rs. 10000/- as security deposit (refundable after completion of course), at the time admission.
6.    Stipend of Rs.5000/- (fixed) per month shall be paid to the selected (Direct candidates). No stipend will be paid to sponsored candidates.
7.    Candidates should furnish photocopies of the certificate related to educational qualification, experience, professional qualification (GNM/B.Sc.Nursing), including nursing registration certificate.
8.    Incomplete application and applications received after the last date will be summarily rejected.
9.    In case of any dispute, the decision of the Director, SGPGIMS, Lucknow will be final.

Shri Ram College of Commerce offers admission to two-year full-time Post-Graduate programme in Global Business Operations of the University of Delhi for the academic batch of 2010-2012

Minimum Eligibility for Admission

Bachelor’s  Degree with 50%   marks  from  a recognised University. Final year students may also apply. 5% relaxation in marks is available to candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category.

Admission Procedure

The Draft should be drawn in favour  of  Principal,  Shri  Ram  College  of   Commerce, payable at Bank of Baroda, New Delhi.

If required by Post in India, send a Bank Draft of Rs. 850/- (Rs. 450/- for OBC/SC/ST/PH candidates). This includes Rs.50/- for dispatch charges of Prospectus.

Write your name and address on the back of the draft. College will not be responsible for any postal delays.

The amount of Rs.800/- and Rs.400/- includes examination fee and other incidental fee for selection process.

This test is common for all programmes . This test will comprise of various sub-tests as given below:

1) Quantitative Ability: This sub-test is designed to test the quantitative ability of the candidates. The sub test consists of questions on Addition, Multiplication, Division, Fractions, Percentage, Rate of Interest, Work and Task, Ratio and Proportion, and Distance.

2) Communication Ability: This sub-test is aimed at testing the language ability of the candidates in day to day communication in English. It includes questions on synonyms, antonyms, words with corresponding meanings, singular, plural, one word substitutes, idioms and phrases, correct spellings, etc.

3) English Comprehension: This sub-test is to test one’s ability to comprehend a situation from a given passage.

4) Analytical Ability: This sub-test is designed to test the candidate’s inference and logic from the given information.

5) General Knowledge and Current Affairs: This sub-test is designed to test the candidate’s general knowledge and current affairs.

CREATIVE ABILITY TEST (CAT):

This test is administered to judge the skill, power of observation, innovation and design ability of the candidate. An

important aspect of the test is the candidate’s usage of colour and illustration.

MANAGERIAL ABILITY TEST (MAT):

It is a test to judge the managerial effectiveness. This test comprises of various sub-tests as given below:

1) Case Study

2) Logical Ability

1) Case Study: This sub-test is based on a situation of an industry environment. It helps to evaluate the candidate’s managerial ability.

2) Logical Ability: This sub-test is aimed to evaluate the candidate’s ability to identify the logic or reason involved in a particular problem given and applying the logic in solving the problem. Concepts and practice of creative and lateral thinking are likely to be useful.

The minimum academic qualification for admission through AIEEE 2010 is a pass in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination

The Following Examinations are considered equivalent

i)          The +2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination of any  recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, and Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.

ii)         Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board/University.

iii)        Final Examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy.

iv)        Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in foreign countries recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system.

v)         H.S.C. Vocational Examination.

vi)        A pass grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects.

vii)       3 or 4-year diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.
