Christian Medical College & Hospital, Department of Distance Education, Vellore invites application for Postgraduate Diploma In Family Medicine

The Programme is intended for General Practitioners with an MBBS Degree

Admission Procedure:

Applications should be made on the prescribed format that can be downloaded from www.cmcvellore.ac.in , the official website of CMC & H., Vellore. Prospectus and Application Form can also be obtained from the Co-ordinator, Dept. of Distance Education, 2nd Floor, Main Building, Ida Scudder Road C.M.C. & H., Vellore – 632 004 on payment of Rs.200/= as the Application Fee by cash, or by DD or Banker’s Cheque as mentioned in the previous paragraph.

Candidates can download the application from http://home.cmcvellore.ac.in/

Candidates who download the application form from the website should enclose the DD for the application fee when they forward the application to the Co-ordinator at the above address.
