Qualified NET in 2001.I am happy to know that Ignou is offering Phd Pgogramme in Agricultural Extension. I want to take admission for PhD programme in Agriculture Extension in July,09 sesssion. Help Required: Proper and Effective guidance regarding how to persue/start Ph.D.in management,through IGNOU,immediately,without which my career is blocked at this juncture,and there is no one at Jaipur Regional Centre to guide about Ph.D programme in management.
What I found for Ph.D in management, IGNOU-authority is not having clear cut rule/regulation or Text for the aspirants.
Please help and guide me SIR.
