Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) invites applications for the following programmes
PG Diploma in Management (PGDM) (Two Year Full Time)
PGDM in International Business (Two Year Full Time)
PGDM in Insurance Business (Two Year Full Time)
PGDM in Retail Management (Two Year Full Time)
PGDM in Sustainable Development (Two Year Full Time)
Part Time PGDM (Three Year Part Time)
Eligibility:
A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate. Candidates appearing in the final examination of Bachelor’s Degree are also eligible to apply subject to the completion of degree requirements with minimum 50% marks.
Selection:
There is no cut-off pre-defined , but the merit is prepared on the basis of CAT percentile for calling candidates for GD and Interview in a ratio of 1:10 for total number of seats in all the programmes after all the applications have been received by closing dates.
Admission categories :
Merit Category
Regular Admission is granted to those applicants who have fulfilled all the admission requirements and whose name appears in the regular merit list of successful applicants.
Corporate sponsored and NRI/ NRI sponsored/ International candidate category:
Upto 15% seats are allotted on following conditions:
1. Candidates are directly called for GD/PI They may also appear without CAT exam.
2. It is a separate merit, based on GD and Interview, and Graduation score.
3. A feeas per schedule will be deposited annually in advance.
4. Admission form of the Institute is required to be downloaded from our website, filled up and sent to the Institute with a demand draft for Rs.1,750/-. INR.
5. In case of corporate sponsored, the sponsoring company must have annual turnover of minimum Rs.50 crore.
6. Campus placement assistance is not provided to corporate sponsored Candidates.
How to Apply?
Application form (common for all the programmes) can be acquired from September 15, 2009 onwards from-
a) Admission office of the Institute by paying Rs. 1700/- in cash.
b) Office of the Institute by post by sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 1750/- in favour of “Birla Institute of Management Technology” payable at Greater Noida/ Noida/ New Delhi.
c) From website by downloading (Demand Draft of Rs. 1750/- is to be enclosed with downloaded form in favour of the institute).
d) PT Education
e) From various centres of IMS, Career Launcher, T.I.M.E, Bulls Eye, Career Forum, Cerebral Heights, across India
f) From various branches of Axis Bank on payment of Rs. 1700/- (List fo Selected Axis Bank Centres )
g) Applying online on website of the Institute: www.bimtech.ac.in/apply.asp followed by paying Rs. 1750/- through payment gateway.
