Does Chevening scholarships cover diploma courses?

I plan to do a diploma in Engineering in UK. Am I eligible to apply for Chevening scholarship India?

You should be an Indian national with a valid Indian passport, resident in India. The age limit for the masters (open) scholarships is 21 years. You should have outstanding academic ability with a good (as minimum of upper second class, preferably a first class) first degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent from a recognised Indian university.
