How to get JAM registration number/ application number if forgotten?

I forgot my registration number and application number which are needed for login into JAM website for IISC MSc admissions. What should I do to move further?

You should send an email to jam@admin.iitd.ac.in with the following information:

Your name (according to the JAM admit card)
Date of birth
JAM papers you appeared for
Name and location (city) of the test centre where you wrote the exam
After verifying the information send, the registration and application numbers will be send back to you.
