NAARM PG Diploma in Technology Management application form

I want to join for PGD-TMA (Post Graduate Diploma in Technology Management) offered by NAARM (National Academy of Agricultural Research Management). From where can I get the application form?

You may send self-addressed envelope of 12'x 10' size along with a D.D. of Rs.350.00 (including Registration fee) in favour of the ICAR Unit NAARM A/C, payable at Hyderabad, to Joint Director (Admn.) & Registrar, National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad – 500 407 (AP) for application form.
Application can be also downloaded from www.naarm.ernet.in and sent by post to the Joint Director (Admn.) & Registrar, National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad – 500 407 (AP) along with a D.D. for Rs.300.00 in favour of ICAR Unit, payable at Hyderabad. Applicants are advised to write their names clearly on reverse side of D.D.
The payment can also be made through NEFT/RTGS. The details of NAARM bank account for this purpose are given below:
