How is the All India Quota MBBS seat selections will be done after the introduction of NEET UG Entrance Examination ? Do I need to submit separate application for this ?

i have 5018 rank in punjab and 637 rank in (sc) catagoery n i have got 79th percentile in neet where can i get the addmission for mbbs ..? is it possible or not ..... plz reply ....
