Hi experts,

There is a notification for IBPS CWE.
In that there are vacancies for IT officers and one post is for IT office scale 2. Since to apply for that post i need 1 year experience.
As i had worked in software company as DBA i have 1 year experience and i have B.Tech degree in electronics and communications.

Can i apply for IT officer Scale 2.?
i will get questions on my work experience or based on engineering branch?

Kindly clarify
Any help greatly appreciated.

Seems you can apply. IBPS notification is not mentioning anything any details about your experience. It says '1 year experience'. Do not expect questions based on your experience as DBA. Be thorough on the basic questions related to IT, In interview it will be more specific to your experience type
