Exam is postponed on 15th june now as from earlier 11 may 2014.
Prepare well and discuss openly, as it is helpful for every one to get info.

the question paper u r looking for is the one given above by the name HPAS 2012.
if u check then u will notice that the exam scheduled on 15-06-2014 is as per the notication of HPAS 2013, Advertisement No. IV/ 2013
Dated:01/ 01/2014.
So that means that prelim paper 2013 will be out no sooner than 15-06-2013 :-)
