I am a BTech with MBA. Can I apply for PhD in Management Studies at IISc directly without appearing for entrance test?

You need not have to write IISc Entrance Test to qualify for Phd at IISc, as you hold MBA (post BE/ BTech). You would be called for interview based on your performance in the qualifying degree.
