Can I do M.Tech In AeroSpace Engineering in USA after doing B.Tech in ECE in India

I did B.Tech Electronics & Comm in 2005

then worked in private organizations for 7 years.

I am moving to US on marriage basis now

Can I opt for Aerospace enginering Master degree in OHIO?

Yes, you can do M.Tech, Aerospace Engineering after B.Tech. E.C.
For example, at IIT Bombay you will be offered M.Tech. Aerospace Engineering (Dynamics and Control) only. Also, for this, you will need to appear in GATE exam of AE, EC,EE,IN or ME.
