What all are the conditions needed to apply for Post Matric Scholarship offered by Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India?

(a) Students should have not less than 50% marks in the previous final examination. Students from BPL families, having the lowest income shall be given preference in the ascending order.
(b) A scholarship holder under this scheme will not avail of any other scholarship/stipend for pursuing the same course.
© The annual income from all sources, of the students' parents/guardian should not exceed to Rs 2 lakh.
(d) Attested copy of mark-sheet of the previous examination passed be enclosed from School/ College/ lnstitute.
(e) Proof of Permanent residence.
(f) Original fee slip or duly attest fee slip.
(g) Aadhar seeded Bank account should be in the name of applicant.

sir i am b.sc 1yr student....i had cleared my 12th standard from jkbose with 74percent marks...hw can i apply...i dont have aadhar number...am i eligible...plx guide me
