From where can i get the application form to apply for Karnataka CET 2014 that leads to admissions for BTech in Karnataka state?

Within Karnataka: Brochure cum Application Form will be supplied through the schools/ colleges located within Karnataka where the students are pursuing 2nd PUC or 12th standard. The students have to first download the Challan from KEA Website (http://kea.kar.nic.in/) by entering the name, date of birth, category and the name of the bank (State Bank of Mysore, Indian Bank, Central Bank of India). Then the students have to pay the requisite fee in any of the respective bank branches. The bank will retain a copy of the Challan (Bank copy) and handover the remaining two copies of the Challan to the students.

Further, students have to handover the Challan (KEA copy) to the concerned School I College Principal to obtain the brochure. Cost of the Brochure is Rs. 650/- (Rs. 500/- for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Category-I) The repeater and ex-students who have passed the qualifying examination within the State of Karnataka before 2014 should also download the Challan, pay the fees in the bank for the above said amount and submit the copy of the Challan to the respective schools I colleges to obtain the brochure cum application form.

Last Date to pay the fees in the bank after downloading the Challan and for submission of KEA challan copy to the colleges is 17-03-2014.

Outside Karnataka: The Karnataka candidates residing outside Karnataka (Horanadu, Gadinadu and other Karnataka candidates i.e., who fulfils the eligibility conditions) who are studying or who have studied 12th standard or equivalent examination outside the State of Karnataka, within the territory of India, can procure the brochure cum application form by “SPEED POST”, by sending a self-addressed cloth-lined envelope of size 25 cm x 30 cm along with a Demand Draft for Rs. 750/- drawn in favourof “The Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority, Bangalore”, payable at Bangalore and a Karnataka candidate residing outside India can get the brochure cum application form by sending a demand draft for Rs. 5,000/-. The contents on the self-addressed envelope should be in English or Kannada language only. The cover in which the demand draft and self-addressed envelope are sent should be boldly super scribed with the words “REQUEST FOR CET- 2014 BROCHURE” and should be sent to Executive Director by “Speed Post” ONLY.

The last date for submission of Demand Drafts by “Speed Post” to KEA is 17-03-2014.

Last date for receipt of application form is: 05-04-2014
