Basic Documents Required to apply for MASA CAP (BArch) 2015
1. Basic Documents Required For All Candidates: a. S.S.C. (Std. X) mark sheet. b. H.S.C. (Std. XII) mark sheet. c. School leaving certificate after passing H. S. C. (Std. XII) / Qualifying Examination. d. NATA Score card 2. For Type-A - Maharashtra State candidates: a. Domicile certificate of candidate, if domicile certificate is not available, they should produce Birth / Leaving Certificate of the candidate clearly indicating the place of birth is in Maharashtra state. 3. For Type-B - Maharashtra Domiciled candidates: a. Domicile Certificate of Candidate/Father or Mother of the candidate 4. For Type-C-Sons and daughters of central Govt. / Govt, of India undertaking employee: a. Certificate in the Proforma "A", as given in MASA CAP 2015 Information Brochure, regarding the employment status of Father/ Mother. 5. For Type-D- Sons and daughters of Maharashtra State Govt./ Maharashtra State Govt undertaking employee a. Certificate in the Proforma "B", as given in MASA-CAP 2015 Information Brochure, regarding the employment status of Father/ Mother. Documents required for Backward Class Category candidates: 1. Backward class Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Schedule caste converts to Buddhism (SC): a. Caste Certificate stating that the caste is recognized under reserved category in Maharashtra, issued by Executive Magistrate in Maharashtra State. b. Caste Validity Certificate issued by Divisional Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee of the respective Divisional Social Welfare Office. 2. Backward class Candidates belonging to Schedule Tribes (ST.): a. Caste Certificate stating that the caste is recognized under reserved category in Maharashtra, issued by Executive Magistrate in Maharashtra State. b.
