MBA compulsory to become a retail executive

I prefer to be a retail executive. Is MBA a must for it?

Any graduate with a passion for sales and the above-mentioned desired personality traits can make a start. A candidate with a degree in commerce, management, communications, statistics, economics or business is likely to be in a better position for a job as they would be knowledgeable about the basic of business. For senior level positions such as sales manager, a MBA degree or postgraduate course in retail management would be mandatory.
