I want to do PG in Hospitality Mnagement. What are the different options?

There are four main specialisations: (a) Food production, which deals with cooking and is the backbone of the hotel industry, as good food attracts business. Each hotel has one chef who decides the menu. (b) Food and beverage service is an integral part of the hospitality sector and face of the hotel. It’s the personnel in this department that break or make the image of the hotel. Thus, this is a high pressure job. © Front office and housekeeping. As the name suggest it is these people who interact with the customer for the first time and help them with booking and other related queries. The room service keeps an eye on the up-keep of the hotel rooms and makes the guest’s stay a comfortable one. Apart from this, there are students who opt for sales and marketing as well.
