Can i do IDRBT Phd after BTech or is MTech required?

I completed BTech with 80% marks. Can I apply for PhD offered by IDRBT or is PG compulsory?

I don’t think you need PG.The eligibility for PhD is Master’s in Engineering / Technology; OR M.Phil in Mathematics or Statistics or Electronics; OR B.E. / B.Tech OR Master’s Degree in Computer Applications / Mathematics / Statistics / Electronics / Information Systems / Internet Technology / Geo-Informatics / Bio- Informatics with 60% marks.
