Inorder to apply for Indian Army Technical Graduate Course 2012, is Online application only need to made?

After making online application at http://www.joinindianarmy.nic.in/, candidates are required to obtain two copies of the application printout.

One copy of the print out application should be signed with photograph attested by Gazzetted Officer there on and attested copies of 10th Class Certificate, 12th Class certificate alongwith Degree/ Provisional Degree of B E/B Tech or mark sheets of eight semesters of B E/B Tech are to be forwarded to “Additional Directorate General of Recruiting (Rtg-6), TGC. Section, West Block-Ill, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066″.

sir i hav not filled the online application for TGC bt hav sent an applicatin form with all the required details .. an im applying it 4 da first time.. is there a problem. coz i hav downloaded the form 4m da indian army website...
