I work experience compulsory to do FPM at IIM Indore?

I am working as Asst. Manager in a pvt firm at Indore and came to hear about a FPM conducted at IIM Indore with specialization in industry. As part of my promotion, I wish to do the programme. Does the eligibility specify on work experience?

The eligibility for IIM Indore FPMI (Fellow Programme in Management in industry) is as follows:
You should have PG with 55 per cent marks or equivalent grade point average OR CA, ICWA, CS with at least 55 percent marks or equivalent grade point average OR B.E./B.Tech. with at least 60 per cent marks or equivalent grade point average
Work experience should not be less than 10 years
