I am writing KEAM Kerala Medical and Engg. Entrance this year. In application, I forgot to include the name and DOB in KEAM online application photo. what to do next ? Is it create any problems ?

It is not a big problem. You should be careful to send the offline application with the missed information. Such silly errors will not be considered. Dont lose your sleep on such issues. Your application will be accepted normally
