I am from shimla. I have completed Diploma in Engineering with 48% marks. Can I apply for lateral entry for BTech offered at Himachal Pradesh Technical University?

You should have a 3 year diploma from Himachal Pradesh State Board of Technical Education with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology.
