I am doing my 6th sem. of BTech. Can I apply for Short Service Commission (SSC) in Technical/ Executive Branches at Indian Navy for 2013 session?

I think you can apply, but not for 2013 session, you may apply for 2014 session this year itself, as you need to complete one more year.
