My sister is studying in 9th std. what eligibility is needed to apply for Pre-Matric Scholarship offered by Ministry of Welfare for Delhi residents?

Pre-Matric Scholarship offered by Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Department For The Welfare of SC/ ST/ OBC/ Minority is given to those who are pursuing education from Class I to X in Government/ Aided Schools/ Institute or Private School/Institute recognized by approved authority, public schools affiliated to Directorate of Education/Kendriya Vidyalaya/ National Open School/schools affiliated to NDMC/Municipal Corporation of Delhi/Delhi Cantonment Board for awarding Pre-Methc scholarship.
Scholarship will be granted in the case of students whose parents/guardiens annual Income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 44,500/-(Rs. Forty Four Thousand and Five Hundred only).
My son is studying in 4th std. What eligibility is needed to apply for pre matric scholership offered by ministry of welfare for nagpur(M.S.) resident.
