Is there any separate JEE Main examination for B.Arch aspirants ? or there is a single one for B.Tech and B.Arch candidates ?

Yes there is a separate JEE Main examination for Arch/BPlanning courses at NITs, IIITs, DTU, and other CFTIs. The Exam is called JEE (Main) Paper 2 and will be held on April 7, 2013 in just the offline mode. The paper will have one question paper consisting of maths, aptitude test and drawing test. The paper will be of three-hour duration.
