I have completed 10th in 2005 and was able to complete +2 in 2009 due to personal problems. Can I apply for Indian Army Military Nursing Service B.Sc. Nursing or GNM for 2013?

You may apply, provided you have passed +2 in one attempt. You should submit a GAP certificate from the school from where you have passed your +2 showing that you have completed +2 in the first attempt itself.
