Hello
Myself registered for IBPS Specialist Officers exam for the current session. Please tell me how to prepare for the examination. I am applying for the post of IT officer Scale I, what should I prepare ? whether to study the My text books or some reasoning, English ability and so on ?

Both the areas are important. The IBPS Specialist officer examination is somewhat like a Bank Probationary officers examination. The only difference is in SO exam your professional knowledge is also tested. For detailed syllabus of the exam visit

So you need to study your textbooks to face the professional knowledge part. For the rest of the papers prepare for Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and English Language Skills.
