Eligiblity to get Vishwa Konkani Student Scholarship

I belong to Konkani family. Am i eligible to get Vishwa Konkani Student Scholarship to do degree?

Vishwa Konkani Student Scholarship is a merit-cum-means based scholarship for supporting higher education of Konkani students for their bachelor's or master's degree. Scholarship for studying abroad is also offered to students.
Students with Konkani language as their mother tongue, who have taken admission to the first year can apply. Family annual income should not be more than Rs. 4.5 lakhs.
