need an advice about how to start after long break

hi, I am an old medical graduate with MCI registration have passed usmle step 1 with the score 89% and have passed CSA too. for some personal reasons I couldn't able to finish other exams and also could not work anywhere also.
can somebody give me an advice on how to start my career in medical field after 15yrs?

You can find a mentor that can help you to grow up your career. and have success in life I am not sure about other academic platforms like ResearchGate, Mendeley or Academia.edu, but Faculty Row has something unique that focuses on helping academics get jobs and paid consulting.
