application procedure for the NID

i want to know from where can i get the application form of National Institute of Design

[nbm]

For general category application forms can be downloaded from National Institute of Design website www.nid.edu/ send along with a DD of RS.1500/- drawn any nationalized bank.
For reserved category application forms are available only from Admissions Office, NID, Ahamedabad.The applicant should be send attested copy of certificates and self address envelop of 9” x 12” size with Rs.40/- stamps affixed. OBC candidates are required to submit non-creamy layer certificate from the Collectorate.
