What all costs are covered in VET (Vocational Education & Training) Awards to do a study Australia?

The Award covers the following:
travel allowance of SAUD 4,500 plus travel insurance
tuition fees each semester, for up to two years, of upto SAUD 6,500
per semester
establishment allowance of $AUD 4,000
monthly stipend, up to two and a half years on a pro-rata basis, of $AUD 2,500 per month
English language training fees, for upto six months, if required, up to $AUD 10,000
the cost of standard overseas student health cover (OSHC)
