Is there age restriction to apply for Commonwealth Scholarship to do degree in Canada?

There is no restriction with respect to the age of candidates, to apply for Commonwealth Scholarship, but the candidates should have obtained their first Graduation/ Master's degree as per requirement within the last five years.
