Planning— Planning is an indispensable function of management It determines the objectives to be achieved and the course of action to be followed to achieve them.

Organising—Organising is the process of dividing work into the convenient tasks or duties of delegating authority to each so that work is carried out as planned.

Staffing- staffing involves manning the organisational structure through proper and effective selection, appraisal, and the development of personnel to fill the roles designed into the structure.

Directing—Directing is that part of the management process which actuates the organisation members to work efficiently and effectively for the attainment of organisational objectives.

Controlling—Controlling is the measurement and correction of the performance of activities of subordinates in order to make sure that enterprise objectives and the plans devised to attain them are being accomplished.
