I wish to do Phd in Germany. I would like to apply for Research Fellowships for Young Scholars offered by DAAD. What are the criteria required?

Age limit: Candidates may not be more than 32 years old at the inception of the scholarship period.
Prior Experience: Candidates must have at least two years of teaching and/or research experience after obtaining their Master's degree
Employment: Candidates who are permanently employed are given preference. Exceptions are considered on an individual basis.
