How to apply for Indian Army SSC AD Corps (Short Service Commission in Army Dental Corps) 2012?

You should apply to the Director General Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS/DENTAL), Room No.12, â€˜Lâ€™ Block, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi â€“ 110001, on a separate plain paper giving particulars in the application form as per specimen format, so as to reach by 31 October 2012. The application form can also be downloaded from website www.indianarmy.nic.in
