How to apply for short term courses at NMI? From where can I get the application form for 2013 admissions?

Form may be downloaded from the website of the Institute www.nmi.gov.in
Filled in application form affixing passport size photograph and enclosing a statement of purpose of upto 250 words as to "What will the above course help you to achieve" be sent to Dr. Satish Pandey, Assistant Registrar, National Museum Institute Of History Of Art, Conservation And Museology (Deemed to be University) , National Museum, Janpath, New Delhi -110011 latest by 24.12.2012.
The admission will be made on the basis of information given in the application form (Attach attested photocopies of Date of Birth,
Qualifications, etc.) and the statement of purpose. The fee for each course is 3000/- which has to be deposited at the time of admission.
