Can anyone after degree may apply for IIM Lucknow International Programme in Management for Executives (IPMX) admissions 2013?

The eligibility to apply for International Programme in Management for Executives (IPMX) at IIM Lucknow need to satisfy the following criteria:

Executive with Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3) in any discipline or equivalent.
GMAT score obtained from July 01, 2010 to September, 30, 2013.
Minimum of 6 years full time post-qualification (after Graduation) professional experience as on the applying year.
