Hello all.
Is it possible for someone to do a second Bachelor's degree?
Suppose a person does Btech and then wants to do
a BA in English or History.
Can he do it from a regular college or is distance learning the only option(because regular colleges admit only 18 year olds and a Btech pass is 22 years old)?
