Hello,

I am a student from Goa, currently in the 12th Standard.
I wish to pursue a career in Software Development. I am not sure about which entrance exam(s) I need to answer inorder to get into a good college.

Also what are the subjects required to pursue the same field? And which colleges provide these courses?

For a career in software development, you need a course either a b.tech in computer science or BCA. if you want to do b.tech, you can appear for IIT JEE exam which is conducted all over as a joint entrance exam in engineering. after the completion of the course you can go in software development field.
