sbi associate po exam age relaxation

My friend belong to SC catagory. she wants to apply for sbi associate po exam this year. But she is only 20 years old. Can she apply for the examination because sc catagory is having age relaxation

She cant apply for sbi associate po exam. Because Age limit is 21 to 30 years and age relaxation given to overage candidates. like if someone is 31 years old and they want to apply with category then the relaxation given to them.
