I just want to know what is the difference between BSNL JTO and TTA Posts ? Which post is having the workload and is there any salary difference between them ?

The basic difference is BSNL Junior Engineer or TTA is a group C non executive cadre post, whereas JTO is in executive cadre.Â
Workload is very heavy for TTA's they need to do all the work as there is no subordinate to assist them
There is a huge salary difference too. JTO's earn 10-12000 more than the Junior Engineers.
TTA's have the option to write the internal examination after completing 5 years of service and become JTO's
