I wrote the sslc examination kerala in March 2018, and I doubt there are some errors in my details given for the sslc book entry. How can I see my sslc book details and what is the method for corrections?

Sir my name is Veena and in my sslc book they wrote it as Venu. What can I do Thereto correct it ?
