IIA-IGNOU Integrated PhD Programme-2009 and IIA-CU Integrated M.Tech.-PhD (Tech.) Programme-2009

What is the pattern of the question paper? Also please help by giving about the details of:

2) Preparations to be made
3) Requirements for this test
4) Other details if any
