K-TET rank to be considered for PSC selection of teachers ?
#1
Hello

I am an aspiring teacher in Kerala, looking forward to write the KTET examination, I would like to know whether the KTET marks/ rank have any implications in the PSC selections, or just a pass of KTET is necessary ?

In future PSC selections KTET is just an eligibility for selection as a teacher. After qualifying ‘K-TET’, the candidates will acquire the eligibility in respect of having
qualified ‘K-TET’. However, such K-TET qualified candidates will need to satisfy all eligibility requirements as per State Recruitment Rules in order to become qualified for getting recruited as teacher
