I hold 3rd rank for BBA from Calicut University. Am I eligible to apply for UGC PG Merit Scholarship for University Rank Holders?

The scheme (UGC PG Merit Scholarship for University Rank Holders) is offered only for 1st and 2nd rank holders. So I donâ€™t think you can apply for the same.
