Graduate School US Credential Evaluation?

Hello,

I'm applying to Grad school in the US. My Bachelors degree is from India. Will 73% in Bachelors degree be enough for a Grad school to seriously consider me into a Masters program. I meet all the requirements that the school wants, but the only thing I am unsure about is whether or not they will recognize my undergraduate courses.
