Can I directly apply to German Universities do degree course after +2?

I have completed +2 and wish to go to Germany for doing Fashion designing course. Can I directly apply for the UG course in German Universities?

You will have to undertake a one year bridge programme. This is required to compensate for 13 years of school education in Germany, compared to 12 years in India. Eligibility for bridging course: Indian students must have (a) an excellent academic record up to senior secondary (10+2) level and (b) Knowledge of the German language (Max Mueller Bhavan's G III Level). After you have completed the bridge programme, you are required to pass an assessment test in order to acquire admission to a German Institution for the equivalent of the bachelor's degree.
