Is there two question paprs for NEET UG Examination like the other Medical Entrance Examinations ? Like Chemistry and Physics in one paper and Botany and Zoology in another ?

No there is only one paper for NEET-UG exam. That paper will consist questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Total number of questions will be 180. for more details visit www.cbseneet.nic.in
