Can I get the application form to apply for MTech at ISM Dhanbad for 2013?

You can submit the application form for MTech has to be submitted online, which is available on the ISM website www.ismdhanbad.ac.in/admissions
The application fee for both MTech programmes is Rs. 1500/- for GN/OBC candidates and Rs.750/- for SC / ST / PD candidates.
The application fee is to be paid through online bank challan of SBI.
After submission of the online application form, the candidate should take two print-outs of the application forms.
One printed copy should be kept by the candidate for his/her record. The candidate has to produce this application form at the time of counselling/ admission.
The other printed copy of the application form must reach to Dy. Registrar (Exam & Acad), Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad-826004 latest by 5th April 2013. The envelope containing the application form and other necessary documents should be super scribed with 'Application for the Admission in MTech 2013'.
