Yes you can apply .. 3 or 4-year diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education are eligible to apply for AIEEE 2011

Definitely you can apply for AIEEE and all engineering entrance exam. These engineering colleges offers to diploma student to join second year in B.Tech directly.
